Organic Tangzong Honey Milk Bread

DESCRIPTION:

The bread is very soft and fluffy. The tangzhong method keeps the texture tender and slightly stretchy, so the bread pulls apart easily rather than crumbling. It tastes mildly sweet from the honey with a light richness from the milk, butter, and egg. It’s most similar to Japanese milk bread but slightly less rich than a brioche bread.

It’s great plain as a snack, toasted with butter or jam, holds up well in sandwiches, and is perfect for French Toast. 🍞🧈

Organic Unbleached Bread Flour, European style Organic Butter made with milk from pasture raised cows at 83% butterfat, Organic Honey, Organic A2 Pasture Raised and Grass-fed Whole Milk, Organic Pasture Raised Eggs, Organic Instant Yeast, and Sea salt Flakes.
